Chloe has definately started bonding with Benjamin the past couple weeks.
She is always reading to him and loves making him smile. She recently started to write songs for him on her keyboard and guitar! One morning I laid Benjamin down in his crib (he absolutely loves his crib mobile) while I went downstairs to get a cup of coffee. I came back up to find this...
I think Chloe got this idea from Grandma, who said that she remembers how much she loved climbing into her little brother's crib. Chloe is finding she loves it too.
For Valentine's Day I made Chloe heart shaped pancakes! Nothing fancy, but it put a smile on her face... which is what I was going for.
Chris and I have a few traditions of our own to celebrate the cheesy romantic holiday...

ReplyDeleteI've skimmed through your blog for a while and love your photos. Your kids are adorable. I am loving that doggy pic on your header. It's sweet to see your little girl reading to her baby brother. I think it's great she enjoys reading so much. Way better than spending her time watching tv or playing video games. The fact that she's reading the Harry Potter books makes her one of my favorite people lol. I am obsessed with the series, so much that I cried at the last movie. haha
