My Happy List

I have so much to be grateful for.  Life takes unpredicted turns and brings tragedy and sorrow when we least expect it.  It is too easy to dwell on the negative.  It is up to you to decide if you want to let the less than perfect things in life get you down.  I'm definitely a glass half-full kind of gal. You should never complain.... things could always be worse. Stop and look at what you have.
I'm joining in on the Mamarazzi happy list party. Here is my happy list...
1. My amazing husband waking up early to cook us all breakfast makes me happy.
2. A steaming cup of warm coffee with hazelnut creamer makes me oh so happy!
3. Spending the day with this brilliant little girl makes me happy.
4. Digging in the garden for hours makes me happy.
5. Showing Chloe how to pot a bunch of shamrock tubers that have been dormant all winter makes me happy. 
6. Grilling makes me happy.
7. Genuinely nice people make me happy. 
8. Painting makes me happy.
9. Clean sheets make me happy.
10.  Porch sitting with Obi makes me happy.

Knowing every day, no matter what, we have each other.... my marriage growing stronger and falling more in love every day.... and being so proud of the family and home we have made for ourselves make me very happy. 

This list is making me pretty happy.  What's making you happy this week?

    Erika, I love your happy list and I am so glad you participated in the linky party. Your little girl is sooooooo cute! Her smile makes me happy this morning, too! I like Obi's surveying his kingdom, too. I love the smell of clean sheets. That should definitely be on my happy list :D
