1.) What drives/motivates you everyday?; and/or
2.) Do you feel starting a blog has improved your life or added one too many things on your plate?
I am having fun reading all of the responses and really can't wait to read all of yours...
What drives/motivates me everyday? This question is too easy. My family.

I can't imagine my life without them.
I started blogging about a month ago. Before Christmas I had a miscarriage and we were completely devastated. I started blogging as a way to distract myself. Writing has always been a way to express myself and I felt the need to write something.... anything. I figured blogging would be a fun start while expressing my love for fixing up our home.
I'm having loads of fun blogging. For one, it is therapeutic but most importantly, I am surprised how motivating it is. I feel like it not only pushes me to complete the things on my to-do list but by connecting with other bloggers I have found TONS of inspiration and encouragement.
I never thought anyone other than my mother would be interested in reading anything I have to say. I have 41 followers, can that be right? I am stunned. Have you ever thought, why am I doing this no one cares about my blog or what I have to say? I must admit, I deleted my blog once (because I was angry at my kitchen cabinets during the rehanging process)! Within 30 minutes I quickly ran to Google trying to figure out how to get my blog back! Have you ever thought about deleting your blog?
I don't feel like by starting a blog I have added too much on my plate. If I don't have anything to blog about, I'm not worried about it. Although I have tons of ideas lined up motivating me to start some projects. I definitely feel like starting my blog has improved my life.... I'm having fun and it makes me smile!
Now you guys go get blogging and share your ups and downs of blogging, has it improved your life or become a burden? Pin It
Oh girl, I have been there. I have taken breaks in between..and within a month I came back. I just felt sometimes that who really cared about my spray paint jobs or my silly antics. But then I realized people did like it, and I wanted to come back and make a difference, and really put out there who I am. Hence all the newbie stuff. I love connecting with people and making them smile, always have been this way. But how can I put this out virtually...well I am doing it, and thrilled more than ever. You just find your niche' and it can be whatever makes you smile:) Have fun, it is at the end of the day your life's journal and what you want it to be.
